DTAMS: your Daily Teaching and Assessment Management System.

Teachers have two options:

DTAMS is a stand-alone application requiring administrative access to install programs on your computer. It operates on Windows and Mac operating systems.
DTAMS/MCR 2013 is a Microsoft Access database file for teachers without administrative rights to install applications on your computer, making use of the Microsoft suite already installed.

Welcome to D-TAMS - My Class Record™ 2012

The Curriculum Module

This is the heart of D-TAMS, It is where you build your course Structure and Framework.

Create your class where you select the relevant Domains and Dimensions (for Victoria), KLAs and Strands (for NSW & Qld) or Competencies and Elements (for VET).

Create your students activities and criteria, linking these to as many aspects of your curriculum structure as you want.

The Student Module.

Build the student database for your class.
You can either enter them individually or copy & paste a spreadsheet of names into D-TAMS™.

Enrol the students into their relevant classes.

Manage student information and data from Parent Teacher interviews.

The Teaching Module.

This is your day-to-day section of D-TAMS.

Type up your lesson plan and assign the lesson to specific periods or teaching sessions you have created.

Create and track homework.

Prepare your lessons for days you will be absent. Print out instructions for the CRT or replacement teacher along with a class list.

The Grading Module

Assign marks and comments to student work.

D-TAMS has both Individual and Class Grading views with auto-fill features to save you time.

Create student feedback reports of their progress with as much comment space as you’d like so students benefit from the relevant feedback from each activity.
Select the components you’d like printed on the Student Feedback report.

D-TAMS™ tracks student progress towards completion of their class program. It also takes care of all the calculations, so less hassle for you!
